Changes Vr. 1.21.2 (2004-10-08)

Fix: RSS dates of format "4/20/2004 11:21:23 AM" did not work yet.
Fix: Original MAIL FROM of SMTP mail may have been changed if given address was a known local address.
Fix: Authorization with script command "HamWebUseProxy" did not work.
