Changes Vr. 1.21.1 (2004-10-03)

Fix/Chg: Removed date from title line in posted RSS/ATOM message body to prevent unchanged messages from being posted over and over again with some feeds. "Date:" header of posted message will still contain the original date IF given in and recognizable from feed's data.

Note: This change will cause a one-time repost of otherwise unchanged feeds. This will happen the next time the feed changes, so it might take "weeks" for rarely changed feeds.
Chg: Suppress DNS query warnings after at least one valid MX was found ("debug" level instead of "warning" level).
