Adds a new distribution list with default settings (mostly empty).
Note on naming new lists:
Although the names of Accounts and Distribution Lists are completely independent, it is suggested to give the lists a name that contains the Account name it is later assigned to. For example, if you have an account named "family", the list may be called "family" as well or something like "family-list".
Adds a new distribution list, using the settings of the currently selected one as defaults.
Delete selected distribution list
Deletes the selected distribution list.
